Winston-Salem police have arrested Tradarius Arkan Al Hasnawi, 27, of Charlotte, in connection with a New Year’s Eve shooting. Authorities report that he turned himself in on Tuesday and faces charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, as well as misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
